"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. "Ertan is really good at what he does, and for a fair price. Before starting, we walked through my home to show current locations of switches and outlets, and where we wanted to relocate them. My home was built in 1907, and some of the switches were in odd places, one was within reach of my 21-month-old son. Ertan followed all of our wishes, and made good suggestions. He was also very reasonable, even when he realized that working on our house would be difficult. We do not have drywall in many of our rooms, but plaster covering redwood planks. He found that cutting a hole in the wall to access the wires would take a long time, but he did not change his estimate and continued to perform the work. He also patched holes when he finished, which was a great help."
