Best carpet stretching pros near Mountain View, CA

"Best company and crew ever! We have remodeled 3 homes as DIYers down to the studs and rebuilt them all back up. We now have 4 kids and don’t have time to do it ourselves anymore. We’re very picky, had a tight budget and had obtained quotes from several places before moving forward. Five Star Floors came in with the best quote and easiest experience from beginning to end. They did an excellent job and don’t subcontract the work out. It’s their own employees who have pride in their work. We love our new floors so much and plan on using them again when we change out the carpet! We already recommended them to another neighbor down the street!"

"

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"After we ordered the carpet we received a call that one of the colors was not available.  Kelly offered an alternate carpet which we accepted.  We were pleased with the selection.  However, during installation the installer told us that there was not enough carpeting material for the master bedroom closet.  But there was more than enough for that section by using the carpeting from another bedroom.  We said okay to using the different color since it's in the closet and close enough in color (blue and aquamarine) not to be a distraction.  But I did wonder how the two measurements were not correct.

"I was very impressed with both the owner-operator and the work. First, he vacuumed the carpets to be cleaned. The blood stains were several years old and I had removed as much as possible, but there were dark spots left. They are completely gone now. I had forgotten that I had the same company clean our carpets in 2001, but found this by searching in my check book. Interesting coincidence. I certainly will call this same company the next time I need carpets and/or upholstery cleaned."

"Ron is an absolute gentleman. Very courteous, kind and HONEST. It was the easiest experience I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service. Ron is the most knowledgeable and meticulous person I have ever hired for this type of job. He takes true pride in the work. He made my floors and furniture look as if I just purchased them that day. He made very good recommendations on the future care of my carpets. If you are looking for someone for this type of carpet and furniture cleaning service. Look no further then Rightway Stone and Carpet Care. You will not be disappointed. This is a legitimate review."
