"We purchased our home knowing it would need extensive remodels, and we were admittedly nervous after hearing so many horror stories about planning hold-ups and unreliable contractors. We did our homework, researched over 8 companies, and met with 5. The moment we met Moshe, we knew he was the right person for us. He was the right price, had the right temperament, the right balance of speed and detail orientation, and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. While other contractors tried to push us into their vision, Moshe respected ours and guided us with smart advice that improved the design for real-life living. It was truly the perfect match. From day one, Moshe was on top of everything. He always had a team on site, and they worked tirelessly through what was no small project: three bathrooms, moving the laundry room, relocating the kitchen, laundry and 2 bedrooms, installing new structural supports, moving multiple windows, moving a slider door and so much more. We even made changes along the way, and he accommodated seamlessly. Incredibly, all of this was completed in just three months, fully permitted and signed off by the city. The quality speaks for itself. Every wall, cabinet, and tile is perfectly placed. During our walkthrough, we nitpicked small things, but Moshe was already ahead of us, pointing them out himself and immediately bringing in his team to perfect the final touches. He also gave us the “Moshe Guarantee”: if anything comes up in the months or years ahead, just call and he’ll send someone out. That level of pride and accountability is rare. What impressed us just as much was the caliber of his entire team. Every single person Moshe brought onto our property was kind, respectful, and excellent at their craft, from Miguel the electrician to Victor, who built out our wardrobe, hung shutters, and took care of countless details. It was clear that Moshe surrounds himself with true professionals. I truly cannot recommend Moshe and Construction Masters highly enough. They turned a daunting remodel into a smooth, exciting process, and the results exceeded our expectations. We will only ever use Construction Masters in the future, and we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for quality work and peace of mind."

"We started the process of building our detached ADU at the beginning of 2022. We hired an Architect, who drew up a plan to build a 1200 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. After 14 months of waiting and addressing revisions required by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety we got our permit in “Ready to Issue” status. While waiting for city approval, we all started looking for a fair, reliable and honest contractor who would do good/solid construction. We started the process of interviewing contractors and getting bids for the job. After several meetings and several bids, we met Micky Kanian with “AGA Construction”. We found Micky on Yelp. One of his references took us thru an ADU that Micky and team built for his elderly mother-in-law to live in. This family could not say enough good things about Micky and team. They took us thru the property and explained their experience in great detail. We saw another beautiful AGA project, a 5k sq ft + project that was in progress and really knew that day that we’d found our contractor. We weren’t quite ready to pull the trigger for personal reasons, so we put the project on hold. Meanwhile, we continued to collect a couple of other bids that were already in progress. During this process, AGA kept in touch with us. They checked in every few weeks or so, without being pushy or intrusive. After a delay of about 9 months, we decided to move forward with AGA construction. No one is a tougher critic than me. I was dreading this project because of the amount of stress that I knew we’d be under. Both financially and mentally. We’ve all heard and/or lived thru the horror of a construction project gone wrong. I won’t bury the lead any further. We love our ADU!!!!! We started the project on Jan 31st of 2024. We were told that the project would take 6-8 months. We lost the first 6 weeks or so with the heavy rains from last year, but even with that delay, we were mostly done with the project by the middle of August. We ran into the “expected” unknowns and surprises – all dealt with fairly and quickly by Micky and team. I would like to call out Joachin who was amazing. We always felt like we were in the best of qualified hands during this entire process. All inspections were signed off, the last checks were written, and we now have a gorgeous new home behind the main house on that property. We were so happy with the project and trusted Micky and Joachin so much, that we immediately launched a second project of gutting and renovating a very large master bathroom for my In-Laws. That job started on September 23rd and was done the first or second week of November as promised. It would’ve been done sooner, but we had a little “client indecision” that cost us about a week or two. All in all, I would highly recommend Micky and his crew, and we plan to use them for as long as they are in business or until my family and I run out of projects."

"Communication w/MNM remodeling is nearly impossible. 2 yrs ago, we had our roof redone by MNM. This year we decided to upgrade to Solar power, thought we should check if there was any problem doing that regarding the warranty on our roof replacement. We never received the written warranty for the roof replacement. 3/14 my husband left voicemail & emailed MNM production dept also texted the owner/Amir; he needed warranty info for the roof we had replaced. Via text 3/15 Amir said he would check when he's in the office 3/17. No response! My husband followed that with a voicemail & email; text to Amir 3/17 & 3/18. 3/18; he received a text from Amir he would check on it the next morning. That was the last he heard from anyone at MNM. We got the info by contacting the subcontractor of MNM who did the roof work. The lack of response is absurd & unacceptable for a paying customer who never received the written warranty. I can?t recommend this company."

"Sam and his builders were awesome and I already have a handful of other projects I’d love to have them back for! The crew started on time, kept their workspace tidy, were polite, and most of all their work is impeccable. They did my entire staircase in 4 days. The lower level required very tricky cuts, and they knocked it out of the park. I love the baseboards they added (more tricky cuts) to give it the extra detail. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family, and look forward to our next project."
