"Called Drainco out for clogged drain(s), and was a little concerned that an AGENT ROOTER van pulled up, but Eric and his assistant, who arrived within the time frame, assured me that they work closely with Drainco, and went to work on what was a mess of roots in the main line. None of the standard clean-outs were usable, so they had to remove both toilets and snake from there. I was there, so I could see how difficult it was. I knew my plumbing needed a major overhaul, but until then, I'm grateful that Eric kept at it until I at least had toilets that flushed! The bill was very reasonable and they left the house clean. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully not too soon).

"They had done roof repairs for us in the past, so we hired them to do painting (inside & outside), stucco work, refinished our front door and tiled a bathroom. They always showed up on time every morning (it was a 10 day job). They worked throughout the day. "I received 3 bids for this project.  From the very first interview with Roei, a partner I was impressed with his ability to advise on some ideas to save money and make the kitchen more efficient, he was very professional and never pushed me.   I hired him to start 7/31/13, he quoted 2 weeks, and it was completed in 2 weeks, and the cost was as quoted.   This was one of the best renovation experiences I have had in the 40 yrs I have lived in this house.   All the workers, were polite, on time, cleaned up after, and did really good work.  I would hire Best Builders again for any home projects and recommend them highly to anyone else looking for a good experience in renovating any part of their home.

"Best The Plumber was one of three plumbers I called to provide an estimate on the sewer repair.  Rudy and his team came well prepared to investigate the problem and were quickly able to give me estimates for two options for the repair as well as an estimate for a much more involved repair that would be required if the line from the yard to the city main was in bad shape (owing to a large root intrusion in the line underneath the sidewalk it was impossible to tell if this extra repair would be needed until the first repair/clean was completed.)
I appreciated being given the two options for the repair and when I called back (I decided to sleep on the decision for a night) Rudy recommended the cheaper option as the most appropriate.  The work was performed in one day all while I was at work.  When it was completed Rudy called to let me know everything had gone well and the line was now in excellent condition (no need for the expensive repair to the line from the yard to the city main!).  I was unable to make it home from work in time to inspect the work that day but Rudy was very accommodating and we arranged another time for him to come by and camera the line for me.  On inspection everything looked great with the line.  All-in-all I'm very pleased with the work performed and the amount invoiced.

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."
