Even though we have an annoying HOA in our community that sets all kinds of rules, he communicated with the HOA ahead of time and showed up at the time we agreed. Despite the fact that the HOA failed to tell us the right way to the roof where AC units are located at the beginning, Juan was very patient and called HOA multiple times to figure things out.
