Excellent. Bryan is professional and communicates everything that needs to be done and costs before he does the work. He got the job done quickly, accurately and cleaned everything up afterward. I highly recommend him. He has installed two different water heaters in two different homes for us, both are excellent. It is a small family owned company, thus they give personal and professional service.

I spoke to Bryan on the phone about the issue. I know nothing about water heaters and assumed we needed a new water heater since it felt like our water wasn't staying hot in the shower. He was professional and completely honest with his response. The solution was just to make an adjustment on the temperature dial. I sincerely appreciated his honesty and customer care!!
