Excellent. Frank & Jack (trainee) where very neat & thorough. Frank was very experienced and made the project go easy with no problems. Alexandra (thank you) and the rest of the office where very polite, responsive and knowledgeable of the process which made things go smoothly. The A/C is running great now.

he refused to come and fix the gas furnace because I didn't have a contract but polytemp came right away for half the price do not use nuway they are a complete rip off use polytemp

It went okay, I don't know if I would use them again because I feel as though they were up selling. They were efficient and responsive which was great but the person I had was not overly excited about explaining everything to me.

Performed bi-annual service on my gas boiler and hot water tank, which are both Nat. Gas. Had to replace a part on boiler which was discounted under by annual contract for the heating and A/C systems.

They charged me almost USD 500 to replace an air vent valve that costs USD 10-20 at home depot and 15 minutes of service. USD 185 just to show up and diagnose the problem (even though I told them what was the problem. I told them that I needed someone to replace the air vent valve) + approx USD 300 for parts and service (15 minutes + USD 10-20 part!!!). To be fair to them the service performed was good and the technician knowledgeable. Stay away from Nu-way if you don't want to overpay for HVAC services.

Nu-Way performed a whole house duct cleaning for us. We had purchased a home from the 1930's and the previous owner had installed central air. I don't know how long ago but I would bet that he never had the ducts cleaned. We turned on the a/c this spring for the first time and black particles came out of the vent in my son's room. We knew the system had to be cleaned. We did some research and determined that the Collum system provided the most thorough cleaning from corner to corner. We were not disappointed. It turns out that mold was growing throughout the system in addition to all of the dirt that had accumulated and caked on top of each successive year's mess. The team was highly professional and polite and management was responsive and knowledgeable.
Although I don't believe that duct cleaning is an annual necessity, I highly recommend that any homeowner with ducts have their system cleaned once every five years or so. If you've never had it done, get ready to see some really disgusting stuff come out of your home. Just remember though, if you hadn't performed the cleaning, you'd still be breathing all of it in.

My experience with Nuway was actually with their plumbing division, also known as Nuflow. Ken came to our home the first time to turn our gas on and relight the pilot in both our fireplaces. At the beginning he was quite helpful. He assisted me in purchasing a new electric burner kit for the living room fireplace and installed it. We liked him so we asked him to give us a quote on some other work. So far so good.... However a month later we still had not heard back and then the fireplace he installed stopped working. I tried to reach him about five times and he never returned calls. Only when I described the smell of gas from the fireplace did the office send another technician. That's when the real insulting began. Frank , the technician was very nice but needed to get Ken on the walkie to walk him through everything. Standing there I could hear Ken blaming me for the gas smell , speaking insultingly of me and mocking my intelligence. Frank was clearly as embarrassed as I was outraged. This shows how little respect Ken has for his clients. We had planned on using Nuway for a lot of work in our home, but now I will not have them back in my home.

I would hire Nu-Way Heating as long as I am breathing. They know I am a senior citizen in poor health, so they always get here right away. They have inspected my heating and cooling systems annually for many years, and I always get excellent service.
