My husband and I are not do-it-yourselfers, and we really appreciate Victor explaining options as far as what needed to be done. "Lugo’s Construction Company was exceptional. We had there team remove a window and replace it with a door to allow for courtyard access. They also added a dog door, repaired the wall, added trim and repaired/ replaced stucco. Their work was excellent, with care to detail and done in a timely manner. There quote was accurate with no surprise up-charging or changes. Overall Lugo’s has been one of the best companies we have hired to complete our home projects. We will be hiring them again for more work."

"A crack had opened halfway up my vaulted living room ceiling, and I called to see if this was something that Caliber Drywall could repair. Ken contacted me shortly after my request and came out to inspect the ceiling. He described what would need to be done to repair the cracked area and how it would be completed, including painting. He gave me a quote for the job which included everything I needed done. The quote was lower than another I’d received through Angie’s which did not even include the painting on this very high ceiling area. I was very satisfied with the quotation and we scheduled the work to begin in two days. Ken And his assistant, Jason restored the ceiling, matching the old paint and it is virtually impossible to see where the repairs were done. They were punctual and very careful to be sure that there was no debris or damage to my living room and left the premises immaculate. I would highly recommend Ken and Caliber Drywall. I’m also glad that I did not follow up on quotations that were given to me over the phone by contractors who could not be bothered to come out to actually see the work that needed to be done. Ken and Caliber drywall set a very high standard for workmanship and I will definitely use them again if a situation arises requiring their skills."

"Jaime is very knowledgeable in a variety of different types of repairs. He's very meticulous and his workmanship is fantastic.!"

"He really nice and has creative way to solve a problem. I wanted to installed a exhaust fan in the mater bathroom at the 2nd floor. All other handymans require to cut opening in the exterior wall and interior wall electrical work, but he recommended to use the exist attic opening and chose the fan with remote to avoid work in the dry wall. End up no work on the drywall and minimum work on the ceiling. - He is also very patience and keep me on progress, he is willing to send progress photos before he close up anything while I am not home (at work). The project end up very nice and clean. I highly recommend get a quote from first before proceed, maybe he have a creative way to solve your problems to save construction cost."

Richard was very professional from start to finish, and his workers were professional, respectful, and did great-quality work. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and everything was completed exactly within the timeframe we discussed with no delays. I really appreciated how smoothly the entire job went and the attention to detail they put into the repairs, texture, and paint. The finished ceiling and walls look great.
