I moved into a condo in Rancho Cucamonga and the landlord didn't fix the place up after the previous tenant moved. I hired Joel to help clean the place up. He patched nail holes, did touch-up paint, as well as a variety of minor repairs (ex: the previous tenant had installed the screen door to the back patio upside down and backwards).
