"We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. "I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"
