He arrived on time, had all the material he needed, and worked until he was finished. The work itself was very neat and clean, and he removed all debris. He also provided the names of others he knows that could do minor repairs that I need done, and was very generous with advice about lightbulbs and fixtures I have, kitchen countertop ideas, and had many suggestions regarding repairs and future work. In addition, he spotted a couple of problems I hadn't noticed.
David said that he wasn't the cheapest service around, but that he would provide a good job, and that's just what he did. I will definitely call him again. After several unhappy experiences over the past two years, it's nice to know someone is out there who can do what he says he'll do.

We hired David Siriani Construction to rip out our old kitchen cabinets and replace them with new maple cabinets and a new granite countertop. From the outset, David was professional and knowledgeable. Work began shortly after the fourth of July (2013) and David and Brian worked quickly, efficiently, and accurately. David is very detail oriented and is a bit of a perfectionist. The cabinets, including doors and hardware, are perfectly aligned and they look wonderful. David also did all the plumbing work which included the installation of the main faucet, a beverage faucet, and the under counter water filtration system. No leaks! We had a garden window over the sink and once David got into that, he saw problems with the way the window was originally installed. There was a water leak along the bottom edge that had caused some damage to the wood underneath. David gave us two options and we chose to have the window replaced with a new double pane window, no more garden window. David took some measurements and ordered a Milgard new construction window as a replacement. Once the window arrived, David and Brian came back to install it and re-stucco the area around the window outside the house. The window fit perfectly and looks terrific. I'm somewhat picky and I always find something about a job that I'm not happy with. Not so with David Siriani Construction. If you're looking for professionalism, honesty, and excellent work, look no further. Highly recommended.

He's fantastic. They're just very professional. I've used them for over 15 years. Everything he does, he wants it done perfectly. He is a real perfectionist, I really like his work. I'm going to be having some bathrooms redone in the future and I'll have him do it too. He's just a great person, he's very nice. I think the price is fair.

I've been on the board for a retreat center on Mt. Baldy, well above the town of Baldy Village. All the buildings are at least 50 years old, and our meditation hall in particular was both falling apart and in danger of sliding down the mountain. We'd had an extremely good experience with Dave Siriani about 2 years ago, when we had to fire another contractor in the midst of a drawn-out, utterly botched job. Dave saved us at that point with his excellent craftsmanship, ability to meet Forest Service requirements, and reasonable fees. This time, even Dave's structural engineer thought it made no sense to try to save the building, Dave was convinced it could be done. He was right -- and was on schedule, on budget an above even our high expectations in terms of construction caliber. I don't have the exact dates, but the project took several months and was slowed only by need for periodic County inspections.

The job went smoothly from start to finish. During the initial consultation and planning phase, David showed me different options in a range of prices. This helped me work within a budget.
David also works on the remodeling project. (Some contractors do not also work on the remodeling project). David's experience, expertise and high quality work are always on the job. His assistant also does outstanding work.
I was impressed that they took a full day before they started on the project to protect the house by covering floors and sealing off the area they were working in. They were always on time and the quality of their work was apparent at every phase of the project.
Throughout the project, they were very meticulous. If I had questions at any point they took time to explain all the options.
I had some real issues with the refrigerator after it was delivered. David spent extra time making sure that it was properly adjusted and placed.
In addition the quality of David Siriani's work is his work ethic and character. He takes pride in his work. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy and treats everyone with respect and professionalism.

If I could give David Sainthood I would. In the middle of a heat wave I called David and asked him if he could come out and install an air conditioner which I had just gotten for the bedroom window. He explained that he was very busy. When I explained to him how and why I needed it done so badly, he managed to rearrange his schedule so that he could get the job done for me that day. He gave me a time. Arrived promptly, and was finished within an hour. His charges where extremely reasonable. And I am VERY happy with his service. I will definitely be calling him again for other work I need done, and recommend him highly to others.

.Dave has reasonable rate for the high quality of work he does. He has high standards for the subcontractors he uses for plumbing and more extensive electrical work. He has a very good assistant who also did very good work. Dave worked hard to stay within our budget and presented us with reasonable options that helped us decide when it was worth it to spend a little more and when it was fine to make a less expensive purchase. We had all the walls in the garage insulated and finished and an attic installed in the garage with a pull down ladder. He updated our bathroom so that it is more functional as well as attractive. I am very happy with the work that was done and I will use him again in the future.

We were locked out of our house and had to break out a window to get in when a locksmith was unable to open the door. He found someone who could replace the glass in the door window which saved us money and installed the window and locks. He responded quickly which was appreciated since we were unable to lock the door until it was repaired. He took the time to explain how the new locks worked as they were different from the old locks. He was very professional.

He is very responsive, he returns my calls promptly. If he is running late, he calls and lets me know and he ll let me know when he will be there. He s very good about cleaning up after whatever job he s done. He does thorough, high quality work.
