What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"
