Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. We needed our guest bath prefab bathtub/shower removed and replaced with a NICE prefab WALK-IN shower handicapped out. Our 95-year old mom was coming for a 2-week visit. We only had 3 weeks notice.
