We've asked for copies of our original bill (which we haven't been able to find) because we want to identify the adhesive they used originally to ensure it's not used again and find out if there is any warranty with the adhesive. They sent someone out for an inspection who thought it was water damage and told us that it really hinges on the adhesive used previously."
