"The crew were very professional, listened to my concerns, and did more pruning on the tree than they expected, for the same price, because there was a communication problem between what I expected and what they were told to do. The person who did the estimate did not come with the crew to guide them, and the crew foreman gave me more advice than the estimator did, specifically that the tree needed to be removed altogether. I can’t afford removal right now, but when I can, I will call Lone Oak."
