The workers were mindful of the other things in and around the yard. I thought they worked efficiently and completed the job thoroughly, along with a very good clean-up.
I called on a Wednesday for an estimate, late in the afternoon. By Friday, the arborist had been by the house. Silly me to omit one letter of my e-mail address, or I would have had the estimate via e-mail on Friday.
No problem, a written estimate was in the mail on Monday.
With the help of Angie's list members comments, and a few word of mouth comments from some of my customers, I accepted the proposal.
Since I was at work when the crew arrived, my neighbors commented they weren't too loud and appeared to be very skilled.
I arrived home from work and everything was finished. The yard was totally cleaned up, both front and back.
One unstated concern I had was the mess that would be left in the pool after dragging tree limbs around the house to the front. I was very happy to see that I had less than a handful in the pool. Now weather they cleaned up the floaters, or not I'm not sure. But I was very happy with the outcome.
As Phase Two is completed, I'll update this as necessary.
"Thank you for your business! We hope to provide service for you again in the future!"
