PSG Construction

I talked to PSG construction (CSLB 99265) about solar and asked if they used subcontractors and Ron Monatlik, sales person, assured me that they did not. When I got the quote, it came from a company called Llumetec. Ron explained that Llumetec (CSLB 1029503) was a partner of some sort with PSG. Ron was very patient with me because I had to cancel a few times because of what was going on in my life at the time. I decided to go ahead and use them for my solar. On 3-17-2021 I gave Ron a check for $1,000.00 dollars. Ron never provided the Claifornia Solar Consumer Protection Guide until the contract was sent, this should have been given to me on the first contact when he came to my door. When I received the contract and it was with a company called Sunternal Construction (CALB 1036536). This started getting me worried that there were so many companies involved and I did not feel Ron was being up front. The contract did mention the number of panels and inverters, however it did not have the model, manufacture or wattage of either the panels or inverters to be used. After some research and finding disturbing comments, I made the decision to not sign the contract. I contacted Ron on 3/23/21, that I was not going to sign the contract. This was followed by verbal abuse and cussing from Ron. To the point that I told him that if he continued the call was over. I emailed Ron on 3/23/2021 asking for the return of my deposit by 4/6/2021, giving him 10 working days to return the deposit. The date of 4/6/2021 came and went with out receiving the $1,000.00 deposit from Ron. I sent another email on 4/6/2021 telling him that If I did not receive the deposit back by the close of business on 4/7/2021 I would take action. I waited to see if it would get returned by 4/9/2021, due to the mail system. It is now 4/12/2021 and I have not received or heard from Ron or PSG construction or Llumetec.
