"The project was a 1938 home that was never remodeled, it needed new plumbing and electrical, updating the kitchen and master bath into this century! Interviewed 5 contractors and chose Build Ur Dream, and from the start it was a smooth process. First off, the Owner Eli, came out to the site, listened to the ideas of what was needed and the overall design of the finished project. I visited the showroom, met with Vincent the design consultant, who helped out with the flooring, fixtures, countertop and cabinets, Eli assigned Victore as the lead project manager, great communication with both via text and phone. Victore was a pleasure to work with, if a issue came up, as they do in a older home remodel, we as a team discussed the options and came up with a plan. Victore and the team worked everyday, I mean there was someone or something being done to move the project forward everyday, even Saturday and Sundays. My home was completed on time and in budget, 2 1/2 months from start to finish. Super happy with the work, craftsmanship and enjoying my home."

Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. All this led us to start a new project with him to replace the cracked driveway with nice new pavers."

Currently Igino is providing his services as a Residential Building Designer under California Business and Professions Code 5537 that does not require a license. If the scope of a project exceeds Section 5537 limitations, then Igino works with a registered structural engineer who will provide the specifications and calculations for that scope plus sign and stamp the documents. This is an invitation to work together, to begin a conversation to understand your goals, explore options and opportunities, and get to know each other so that we may collaborate to arrive at the best solution to achieve your objectives. "Mark Brand asked all of the right questions and worked tirelessly with the city permit department to make sure everything we wanted to do would be approved. Beyond being amazing on the phone with the city, his design fit with our mid-century home and anyone who has seen it is amazed at the transformation of our small back yard. We started this project with Mark in 2019, long before COVID-19, and completed the major construction in October of 2020. The actual construction began in May 2020 with demo, to completion in October 2020. Mark and his staff were with us through the entire process, communicating with our Contractor and Pool installer and keeping everyone in the loop and on track. I had never worked with an architect before, and feel grateful that my first experience was with Mark Brand and his team. Fees are explained up front, and although the fees were a healthy part of our budget, I know I got what I paid for! Communication with email and phone calls, as well as site visits were always timely, with any issues explained and problems worked through and resolved to avoid delays."
