"I received a call from Lizette within a fairly short period of time. I explained our trouble areas not knowing if the issues could be resolved with just a repair or if the gutters needed replacing. She came out within a couple days. I was given a quote for just a repair...and one for replacing our whole gutter system. Because I felt the quote was reasonable for replacing the whole system, and we did have rust issues in areas that weren't leaking yet, we decided to replace all our gutters. We were also about ready to have the exterior painted on our home so Joe and Ron worked around my, and our painter's, schedule. "My husband and I were referred to APS Rain Gutters, and so we felt comfortable with their reassurance. We did however get one more quote and tried to get a few more, but everybody was far out with how soon they could come by. They were the first ones to make it out, and we were happy with the price they gave us. Not only that but they were very polite and family owned and we take pride in supporting that! "Marty from Three Star Painting came to do an estimate the following day after i called them.  I also had another competitor on Angieslist.com come to do the same just prior to Marty.  Marty gave us a great deal for repairing the stucco and painting the exterior of our house (3 colors, main color, trim, and door).  His workers came to paint on the day agreed upon, approximately one and a half week later from the day of the estimate.  They were professional, clean, and courteous.  They took two days to finish.  Marty came by after the job was done to revise the work that was done.  A few patches need to be repainted (very minor)and he promised to come back to do so.  My husband and I were very impressed by Marty and his crew.  I have already recommended him to my friend who also needs her home painted.   Oh, btw, he definitely honors the angieslist.com coupon.  The original estimate was $2150 but with the discount it came out to be $2042. "

"The experience was good. I called during a major rainstorm, my roof was leaking. They came out within the hour and made a temporary repair. They were up-front about pricing. They came back to make the permanent repair. The temporary repair was $575 which I though was high, but it was emergency service. I won't know about the quality until the next rainstorm."
