Dave is definitely stands by his word on what was delivered.&nbsp; Manuel was the foreman and Manuel and his crew worked very hard and made sure to please us in every way. He would make sure to ask us each step of the way how we liked what they did cause if not he would change it. There were a couple of things we suggested we preferred and he did not hesititate to make the correction and make it to perfection. "I called EC Roofing and Brett promptly answer my call, listened to my issue and made arrangements to look at our roof to see what needed to be done. He completed his inspection and showed me pictures of the damage and explained what would need to be done. He answered every question and concern I had and gave me an estimate. "Excellent experience from start to finish! We had all our old, and single-pane windows (about 23) and doors (3) replaced at our house. We first met Mark, who came to our house; he thoroughly reviewed our windows and answered our questions without pushing us to sign anything. We met with the owner Jared before we decided to move forward. The communication with the office was excellent. The lead time was ultimately longer than initially planned (but this was expected given the state of the supply chain in 2022). The installation was fantastic. Lalo and his team came for about four days to our house and did an extraordinary job. Lalo explained everything we needed to know about the process to accommodate our working-from-home schedule and our two indoor cats. The resulting work is phenomenal, and the difference in the house is very noticeable between our old and new windows. Overall I would highly recommend Approved Contractor! show more

"We called several contractors for quotes on building a pool and So Cal Builders was one of the ones who actually came to the house. He was very knowledgeable and made it feel like he was helping us come up with some great ideas. Some of the other contractors that came to the house and gave us quotes were pretty stingy when it came to creative ideas, they didn't really allow us to put to much of our input in. But that was not the case with So Cal Builders, it was really nice to feel like we were being heard and they had some fantastic ideas and found ways to save us money.
