What I would have done differently is pursued finding out the brand name of the product before it was installed and found out if it qualified for any SMUD rebates before making the purchase. In general, I would give Huft an excellent rating for service. They came back two days later when the water heater wasn't producing hot water, and installed new fuses. The technician was very professional and courteous. As a consumer, remember to jot down as many questions as possible before you meet with the contractor."

I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."
