Tech arrived on time, reviewed problem,quoted price and had him do the work. Thoroughly checked toilet area as it also leaked. We had another plumber come and charged us an'exhabitant price for the same work.

I had my water meter replaced and needed about 5 feet of pvc pipe added to extend the water line to the new meter. I figured it was about 3 hours of work. Christian from Platinum provided a written proposal of $2950. I found an honest plumber who did the job in 3 hours and charged $707.55.

Platinum plumbing came out for leak i had under my house after another company never showed up. Jorge answered and quickly added me to their schedule. An hour later he shows up throughly checks the crawlspace for the leak. He then showed me pictures of the leaking pipe and explained how he was going to fix it. The price was reasonable considering all that needed to be done. Thanks again Platinum Plumbing!
