"I got multi quotes before I decided on a Solar company I was really worried about putting it on my roof And wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have one of those large bills at the end of the year. I’ve heard the horror stories! Tyler and Mr.Sunshine Soler answered all my questions. And always made themselves available. I would definitely recommend working with them. Their customer service is top notch and they stay apprised emerging solar technology. Their bid was considerably lower than the others and they were able to give me 100% coverage."

"Air conditioning in one zone stopped working over very hot weekend.  Called three companies to get a quote on possibly replacing both zones before I spent money on repairing a 17+ year old unit.
Diamond was the first company with availability.  Before they came over to give a quote, Bob called to ask me a few questions about the nature of the problem.  He speculated over the phone of what the problem might be and what the cost of fixing it would be.
He arrived for the appointment at the appointed time and proceeded immediately to fix the unit while talking to me about an estimate to replace both zones (2 systems).  He spent extra time hunting down an electrical connection issue in the unit and when done, checked out the flow readings of the system.
$258 dollars fixed the problem.  Since I had scheduled him for a quote, he offered to remove the new part that he had just installed or I could leave it in and if I decided to buy a new system, they would credit the repair of this unit back against it.  I elected to have him leave the fix in place.
Bob quoted me an exceptionally good price per unit for a quality Lennox system.  In fact a competitor who came the following day said that he wanted to see a copy of a written quote because Diamond's price was too good.
Although I've decided for the time being to not replace both systems, I would select Diamond Heating and Air in a second!

"Our Service Tech, Alex Peck, arrived on time to perform the annual check up & tune-up of our HVAC System. He was very professional and following the Tune-Up asked if there was any other items that needed done or looked into that he could take care of. His services were very much appreciated and very professional. Lee"

"Ryan was patient and allowed me to ask questions and did not pressure me. If I get approval, from HOA, will hire Ryan to do my solar on the condominium. If approval is not met with the HOA, I will be referring him out and using Sunpower on my next single-family home purchase."

Replacing a window frame will improve your home’s energy efficiency if the old frame is cracked or damaged in a way that allows unconditioned air from the outside into your living space or if you upgrade to a more energy-efficient window frame material. Aluminum is the least energy-efficient window frame material, followed by vinyl and wood. Fiberglass and composite frames are the most energy-efficient.

Yes, installing an attic fan can help lower your electric bill—particularly if you live in a hot and humid region. By replacing hot and stuffy air with cooler air, these fans help regulate the temperature in your attic and the rest of your home, taking some of the pressure off of your air conditioner.

Typically, triple-pane windows made with krypton gas filling are the most energy efficient. A window’s frame, glass, design, and installation all affect its energy efficiency. These windows, in particular, are designed highly effectively in terms of their ability to insulate.
