Friendly and did a great job. Had a few holes from a recent home theatre install and he patched them within about an hour. Very smooth and clean install across the board.

I live out of town so I did not have the luxury to baby sit the project. Ray showed up on time even after a reschedule. He spent plenty of time to explain the process of removing popcorn ceiling and repairing walls. All work was done when I was out of town and was completed on date as promised. He sent pics to me as the work progressed and met with me when I returned to town. Excellent work with no one watching over his shoulder. Ray was not my lowest bid for the project, but I know I made the right decision. A job well done.

Ray was fantastic to work with. I am beyond happy with the work he did. He was able to retexture walls that I had been told would need new drywall to fix. He saved me lots of time and money and it looks beautiful.

After looking at the different reviews on home advisor, I chose to go with Ray at Simply the Best Dry Wall because I wanted to receive the same experience as other reviewers had that rated his quality of work. Ray was very flexible with my schedule and time. I had a large roof leak and different walls I wanted touched up around the house. Ray came out the next day after I put the request in through home advisor to give me an estimate of the work I was requesting. The estimate he had given me was very fair. With coordinating between hiring a roofer to repair my roof and timing it just right for Ray to come and fix the interior of my home, I just knew Ray was going to give up on my behind the roof project taking so long because of the heavy rain we had in Sacramento. When I followed up with Ray after the roof was completely repaired, he immediately fit me on his schedule for the dry wall repairs. The complete project took 1.5 days. On the first day, he did a walk through of my house to re look at the work that needed to be completed. After the walk through he strategically told me what areas of the house he was going to work on and in what order so we could move furniture around systematically. On the first day, Ray worked on one of my bedroom ceiling that I fell through beforehand trying to locate the leak in the attic, a wall in the same room, and the wall entering the room. If there were no color difference from the new dry wall, you would not be able to tell it was repaired. Ray textured the dry wall to blend in with the surrounding walls. Not only did Ray texture the walls but he perfectly repaired the drywall where you can't tell that there was ever an issue with that wall or the ceiling. On day two, Ray took care of the hallways, skylight, other ceilings, walls surrounding windows, numerous walls, and corners. EVERYTHING is PERFECT. I was not home on day two. However, after coming home, I noticed Ray took care of areas that he noticed needed to be repaired as well and he find it charge any extra for the additional repairs. Ray is an honest family man. I would recommend him to EVERYONE! He truly is the best in the drywall business. Thank you to Simply the best Drywall for helping me make my home flawless again.

First of all, I would like to apologize for taking so long to get this review in, ( the job was done 1-18-17) the "flu bug" hit everyone in our house one by one. The service that I received was BEYOND!!!!!!! my expectations:) Rey was very professional, and his work and expertise is impeccable!!! I had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom with a BLUE cleaner tablet in the tank and my ceiling in the laundry room was BLUE!!!!:( Rey did his magic!!!! and restored the ceiling and it is beautiful!!!! the color in the laundry room is a pale yellow and when he finished, the ceiling just blended in without it being painted and I probably won't paint it because I like the way it looks. I'm very happy with Ray's service and professionalism. He explained what he was going to do and then showed me what he found as he was replacing a section of ceiling. Very trustworthy. The work was completed as scheduled and cleanup was complete. I would definitely recommend him. A good value.

Great workmanship and friendly to work with.

They were very accommodating to my schedule. However I believe that trying to fit too many customers into a time frame caused some issues in quality. But because it was a garage, I didn't mind too much.
