"Shawn was able to come out and give us an at home estimate within 24 hours of being contacted. He was professional, courteous and listened carefully to all our requirements. We had a couple of issues we were unsure of how to solve and he was able to provide suggestions and solutions for everything including pointing out a couple of issues we had not previously thought of. He was always prompt at providing an estimate and communicating to set-up a work day soon after. We had contacted 3 other companies for estimates previous to Shawn and found them all to suffer from lack of communication, sheer rudeness and exorbitant pricing. Shawn was right on the mark price wise as well as professional and polite. 
He works with a Direct TV rep who was able to help us set up our cable subscription and then Shawn and his team collected the hardware and set everything up for us on the day. We provided the two TVs - one for the bedroom and one for the living room and he provided the mounts, cables, 5 built-in surround sound speakers, subwoofer, amp, sonos base station, volume control dials for 3 rooms, universal remote, blue ray DVD player and labor. The guys worked so h****** the day to get it all done. There were a few surprises in terms of cabling on the day but the guys worked through until 7:30 at night to ensure everything was done before they left. Pristine clean-up afterwards and it all LOOKS so lovely and is fitting with the decor of the house. 
We couldn't be more pleased with the system. It all works and sounds perfect - just as we discussed with Shawn. We are greatly enjoying all the perks of our top-end media system now. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shawn and his team. In fact we will have them back over the years as we expand our system even further.
