Hired MV to replace a window and a sliding door. Upon consultation, they kindly informed me that they were both under warranty, walk me through how to get them replaced, all at the expense of their own company income stream. It would have been very easy for them to take care of it, and then bill me, but that is not the way that they operate. Very trustworthy and competent.
