"We are on our 2nd year with Cleaning Rose! Could NOT BE HAPPIER!! This family is terrific. They even coordinated carpet cleaning for us. They mailed us an item we left in Pismo Beach by mistake to our home in Exeter, CA. NEVER been disappointed. Cleaning Rose (her real name) and Andres get back in touch in minutes!! "I needed my dryer vent cleaned as it had become clogged with lint. The workers arrived on time, explained the process and immediately got to work. The vent was cleaned and cleared as promised. I has so please I had the do our fireplace as I am sure it had never been sweeped. Highly recommend and would definitely not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you!"

"There were several hours late, but did call to explain another job was taking longer. I think someone just forgot us, and then discovered and roused up another truck to come out and do our job. That said, they did show up, do good work. I had not used a carpet cleaner in several years and thought $180 a bit much for a one room and stairs, but others seem to think this is the current rate. The carpets did look very good.

"I needed cleaning done at my Mom's house. Her tile and carpet came out beautifully! The person on the phone was very helpful and the tech that came to the house was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with this company. "Queen of clean was able to do a some what thorough job, however they did not clean behind washer and dryer as she had requested, the manager never came by to assess the employee's job performance. After the 1st cleaning my mother made the check out to "Queen of clean", After the 2nd cleaning the worker told my senior mother to make the check out to the worker and not the company. Sounds fishy, my mother was not happy with the 2nd visit cleaning, she felt it was just not adequate not the "A" rating that we were expecting after previous reviews."
