"I'm actually pretty disappointed with Shawn. I have used him twice in the past for different jobs at my old house and he was great. I called him again since we moved and asked him to come by so he could set up my new system. We tried to set up a time for him to come by, even discussed him coming on a Saturday. I waited around and he forgot or got stuck on another job. He texted me after he missed the appointment what I needed and I told him, he never responded... I guess my job was too small for him to do. I can't give him a lower grade because his previous work was great, but this was really disappointing that he never texted back."

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"The work Luis and Jose did was exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were both professional and personable. They made sure everything was done correctly and did not rush. It was a difficult job installing a home theater system in a room were you couldn't route wires in the ceiling or under the floor the whole way, so they got creative. They removed the baseboard, carved space into the walls for the wires and then replaced the baseboards. That is something I never would have thought to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend New Wave Home Audio to others, and the next time I will ask for Luis and Jose again."
