Others had attempted to troubleshoot it, but there was no clear fix. I called up All State after seeing their great reviews and they were very easy to communicate with via phone, I booked an appointment without delay, and they confirmed my appointment. When it came to the repair itself, Andreas arrived in time and then took the time needed to troubleshoot the issues -- one was a general electric problem (which thanks to his guidance I was able to solve with a different vendor) and the second was the dryers control board. A new part was ordered and the follow-up for installation was timely and successful. Dryer is up and running at last! Had a great experience and have already referred them to friend

- JR Putman Plumbing, Heating and AirJuly 7th 2013 was 104 Degrees in Roseville/Sacramento Mark (service provider) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered ALL of my questions to satisfaction, and even taught me a few things about home, heating and air. I can't sing his praises enough. His integrity on the job was demonstrated by letting me know exactly what was wrong with my unit, and discussed unit operation and maintenance, furthermore, he respected my home, by (on every entry into my house ) placing slip covers over his shoes to ensure that he did not track dirt in. The entire 'experience' was extremely efficient; from diagnosis of the problem to fixing it / explaining what was done and giving me tips to keep my air conditioning unit running was done efficiently and quickly. On a day that was 104 degrees (I don't envy the repairman's job), I booked an appointment @ about 7:30 AM, and my air conditioning unit had the house cold by 3PM ... I cant sing Mark's or the company that he works for Putman Heating and air enough. They have a guaranteed repeat customer, and I will tell my neighbors. Good Job. I am a professional myself, and I really appreciate professional service

Sunday afternoon, with cancellation rights if something sooner opened up. Called back about 9PM, with an appt. 10-12 PM, witch I opted not to take. Service tech. Travis Olson arrived as scheduled, and did an EXCELLENT job of diagnosing and fixing the problems. I would recommend this company to friends and family

"For me, who likes to see if I can fix it first, it was the ability to access the knowledge and experience needed to make a washing machine repair. I made an appointment, a Neli representative sent a link to my phone, once opened the representative could visualize the problem I had described. It was explained how I should remove the part and replace it. Subsequently, I received an email with the part number needed and the estimated cost. This took approximately 15 minutes altogether and cost $35.

"First off-- I found Matt to have great integrity, ambition and expertise!! I'm fairly new to the RV world, an have strong enough mechanical background to do most of what might need to be done, but found that whenever I needed help, most places told me it would be a 2 -4 weeks before they could get me in. I have an old 1972 Superior motorhome with an Onan generator that wouldn't run longer than 15-20 mins, and had a severe oil leak, and every RV repair place in within 30 miles of Sacramento told me only one place could work on it, but their generator specialist was not working due to COVID threat. I kept calling around to see if I could find someone willing to look at it, and reached Matt -- he said bring it in that same day and he'd at least take a look. He spent at least 30 minutes with me trying to determine the source of the leak and why it would just die -- he had me leave it, figured it out, fixed it!! I was getting ready to rebuild the front suspension, and found out that Matt works on everything RV -- the body, the chassis, motor - and had him do the work. It came out fabulously -- the steering feels like new - safe and solid!! It's so nice to have found a shop works on everything, takes pride in what they do, and knows how to do old-fashioned troubleshooting!!
