ALEX was very professional, took great care with the machine, tested it thoroughly. He was also open and communicative. He answered all my questions. The kind of service that makes the problem at hand seem not nearly so difficult to deal with.... I would welcome him to my home for work again.

He did a great job and fixed my refrigerator very quickly. He even had extra time to fix a few other things around my home, including ceiling fans and my fax machine. I would highly recommend Appliance Co to anyone else who is looking for appliance repair.

Both Alex and Chad were amazing! At my request the appointment was scheduled for a Friday after 4:00 pm. They arrived in a timely manner. They put down skid pads to protect our floor from damage. Our refrigerator is about 7 years old and was the largest and fanciest we could find when we bought it. It barely fits in the opening leaving very little room when pulled out. Chad squeezed in behind the refrigerator. The compressor had gotten so hot that the exterior of the refrigerator was hot to the touch. While it was cooling they decided to try a couple of quick repairs, but once the compressor cooled enough to continue, they determined the problem was the computer board. Alex told me that the call just before ours had the same computer board and although repairable the customer decided on a new board. Alex also advised me that our board was not repairable. Due to this Alex would drive up to Shingle Springs to get a new board or could repair the board from the previous call. We decided that repairing the board was fine. I watched him re-solder part of the board which he gave to Chad to install. I received a 3 month warranty on the work and on the board he repaired. Alex phoned me over the weekend to confirm the refrigerator was still working fine. You have got to be kidding me!! These guys are totally amazing. Both seemed more concerned about my family than we were about ourselves and all of this occurred at the end of the week with a weekend just waiting for them to do something fun. I have never received such great service from anyone anywhere at any time.

Technician was very professional and arrived within the appointment window. The work was done quickly. In addition, the technician found several more problems - 1) corroded copper pipes, 2) improperly installed junction box and 3) leaking gasket. Technician assessed the issues and risks, recommended next steps and provided service estimates. Technician fixed junction box issue for free!
Very happy with service. Will definitely hire again.

Our built-in microwave stopped heating. Mark from the Appliance Co. came at the time promised on a Friday and thoroughly examined the microwave over, tested it, and was able to determine that the magnatron was dead, further examination showed that the magnetron also took out a thermostat when it died. Mark ordered the parts, which were not in stock. He gave us a detailed estimate of when the parts would be in and scheduled his return visit at that time. He then cleaned up the kitchen before he left. On Monday, the Appliance Co. called and confirmed that the parts had come in as predicted and that Mark would come on Wednesday as planned. Mark returned early in the time window, installed the new parts, restored the microwave and tested the machine. Mark was cheerful, professional, and very pleasant to have around as he thoroughly did his job. I was very pleased with the Appliance Company generally and with Mark particularly!

All went very well. After a mandatory $60 service charge, unit was covered by American Home Shield after old microwave was determined not repairable. Appliance Co fit the new unit in so that it is flush with the woodwork.

Originally I had asked my Home Warranty Co. to send out another repair provider that is listed on Angie's List. Somehow I ended up with Appliance Company in Folsom and am extremely pleased with the work that was done. They came out quickly and the job was completed in a thorough and timely manner. I would definitely call them again.
