I had high hopes for Po. Before the work started he was very responsive. Once the work began though, it was a different story. The job was supposed to take 2-3 days, ultimately it took 6 and the quality of work was less than desirable. The tile grouting sealed with dirt in it that the contractor had brought into the house. The contractor also broke a $2000 fridge during the process of pulling it out and putting it back in. All to find out they did not even tile under the fridge nor the range. I would not recommend this company unless you have the time to baby sit them every step of the way. After the repairs were completed and we were informed of the half done job (not tiling under those appliances). PO was a ghost and has not returned calls or messages. Negative ROI should be their name.
