A & B APPLIANCE SERVICE

Stay away from these folks! They don't back up their work and are extremely unprofessional. Now we have to dispute their charges with our credit card company because their repair efforts did not fix the problem and they refused to take responsibility. We hired them on the recommendation of our plumber, I wish we would have checked Yelp first, they have a 2.5 star review there and a ton of bad reviews. We never would have hired them if we had seen their reviews there.

The control panel was replaced and the problem was solved. The solution to our water dispenser was not successful. We were told to leave the light on in the door and that it would thaw out the line and the water would flow. It did not work even though we left the light on for several days.

When you first call A & B Appliance Beverly will answer the phone.  She is hard of hearing so if you talk a little louder and clearer it works out much better but she takes a message for Arnie and makes an appointment right away for Arnie to take a look at the problem.  Arnie has alway showed up on time and in the lotted time expected.  He will come troubleshot and order parts right away if does not already have them.   Beverly will call when part is in and make appointment for Arnie to install.

Arnie is clean and considerate of your home by not hurting or make dirty your area of work.

Arnie is very knowledgeable of many types of appliances and can troubleshoot quickly and accurately.  I have had several things worked on and each of the items were fixed the first time and quickly.

This is a mom and pop shop that I will be devastated if they ever retire

Excellent. Addressed the issue right away. Would of been nice to know up front what the cost would be (or at least an estimate), but $75 was horrible. Friendly, courteous, and professional. I would use A & B again.

It went great. The service they provided was very good. They came the same. It was an off brand freezer and he had parts with him which was nice. They were very polite and courteous. They were very professional and friendly. They did the job done in a timely manner.

We had oil leaking on our floor from the washing machine. After finding out what companies were members of BBB and then calling around to those companies that were, this company offered a free estimate and a competitive price based on what I described was different than what the repairman thought the problem was. He fixed the problem.

Independent family owned company. Felt very comfortable with them.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT ANSWERING OUR CALL. THEY GAVE US A TIME AND THEY WERE HERE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE FOR US. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
