Arrived on time with a smile (and was adorable), gave me a 20 min courtesy call, no upselling and no hidden fees, and most importantly he got out set-in stains that Stanley Steemer never even touched! He's still currently cleaning but I'm so impressed that I had to hop on here and heap praise. Impressive work for a great price. I almost chose another company. "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Hired this company because I was able to get a great deal from them to clean and replace several ducts in my house. The office was able to send the workers to work at my house the following week after I spoke to them and the work went good. No problems or any tryout to add me more things to what I really need. 
I will use them later for my next air duct cleaning.

"Angel and his Female cleaning partner did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!
I had to look for a carpet cleaning service because well lets face it? I have 3 cats, and one of them got sick and had a couple of accidents on the carpet, the stairs and in the room I had designated as their cat room.
Well,I contacted Accs on May 18th and they were able to come do the work two days later. Wow that was so impressive. They asked me when I wanted the work done and was able to do it not only on the day I wanted but also the time frame. 
They were both caring and trustworthy.
They cleaned 5 rooms? 4 rooms and the stairs plus a large sectional sofa. I did have to pay a little extra for some special stuff to be but on cat urine & poop stains that were in the carpet and deodorizing stuff but it was only and extra $65 and was totally worth it.
 All the stains and odor's came out. The total bill came out to be $370? not bad for all of that work!
 I was so impressed with their punctuality, professionalism & above all hard work. They did a Great job on everything, and as I said they even got out All the pet stains and the odor's are gone. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU? SO Very much. I will be calling on them again if I ever need more Carpet or Upholstery cleaned.

And the Black ink he removed has zero trace and did not harm color or fabric texture, this took lots of time and patience but he saved my expensive sofa.
The new Urine treatment was also excellent.. No urine smells or coloring change was the result
