Crystal Clean Chem-Dry

Owner and associate arrived on time and started upstairs promptly. All furniture and rugs were moved and cleaned under for a very through job. Work was completed in an hour and a half and there was no chemical smell or debris to clean up after departure.I would highly recommend this franchise for further carpet cleaning.

Looked good when they left.  The pet stains reappeared shortly after they left.  Wanted another $90 to do the pet stains. Cleaner said spots would reappear.

Owner spent most of morning arguing with ex wife on phone.  Have had other providers do this.  I have my own problems, don't need to hear theirs.

They used a different type of carpet cleaning that I am not familiar with. Overall, they did a good job. It's just the concept that confuses me a little bit. They used a different technique than the regular carpet cleaning company does. They did it in April or May. They don't use a brush and water vacuum system like most other companies use. They use more of a dry chemical technique. It's chemical based and I guess its supposed to help draw the dirt out of the carpet itself. Ultimately the carpets were cleaned and the job was done. I think it cost between three and four hundred dollars. I would rate them an 'A'. I would use them again in the future.

Very good service, fair price, didn't try to oversell. Arrived on time and completed the job professionally. Will certainly use Brian again!

I reached a person at the office on my first phone call, and they were able to schedule service the NEXT DAY during a holiday week, at a great price!  When another timeslot on that day became available, they even called to see if that time would be more convenient for our work schedules.  The team showed up promptly and were very professional.  They did a fantastic job, removing stains that we were afraid would be permanent.   They carefully moved designated furniture and worked around stationary pieces.  Best of all, they guarantee their work.  A delight to work with, and we will definitely use them every year!

We'd called Brian and Greg once before and were so impressed with their price and the quality of their work that we recommend them all the time! When it came time to clean our carpets again, there was no one else we considered. As in the past, Brian immediately answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone, and set a date at my convenience. On the day of service, Brian and Greg showed up exactly on time and got right to work. We'd removed the furniture from the rooms, so they didn't need to work around anything, but it took them less than an hour to thoroughly clean and protect our carpets. They stuck to their original quote, and we are thrilled with the way our carpets look!
In addition, I'm on staff at a church that had some really bad stains in two carpeted stairways. Our maintenance crew had tried multiple ways to clean the stairs to no avail. Brian had also given me a quote on steam cleaning these two stairways. After completing my job, he and Greg followed me to the church where they attacked the stains. They did such a beautiful job that our maintenance guys kept bringing other staff members by all day saying, "Have you seen how great these carpets look?!"
We will definitely be asking Crystal Clean Chem-Dry to clean our carpets again, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner in the area!

Had our carpets cleaned prior to moving into our home. They did a great job and I would recommend them to others.

I've already told the story. The turned grungy, filthy carpet into almost new carpet.

They came on time, gave us the qo\uote - got right to work - took less than 90 minutes.  Perfect!

They should up on time and got right to work. Between both of them, they were able to clean all of my carpet in my 2 story house in no time. they did a great job getting rid of some stains on the carpet. I would definitely hire them again!

I have been using this company twice a year for several years to clean my one story home. I was very happy with them until this last cleaning. A very large brown spot came up in my carpet after it dried. There was a stain there from a dog accident, but Brian has always been able to clean those up really well. This time the stain did not clean. I spoke to Brian several times on the phone before I could pin him down to a day and time he would come by to try to take care of this stain. He did not show up at the appointed time. When I called him, he said he got busy and would call me later in the day. He did leave a voicemail later in the day to say he could not come by that day. He apologized and said he would call soon to make another appointment. He has not called and I will not call him again for fear that he will appease me with another appointment and not show up. I do not know what I am going to do about this stain now. I will probably have to pay someone else to get it out. Obviously, this company is good with the initial cleaning, but not so with follow ups where they will not be paid for the service. I will never use Crystal Clean Chem Dry again.

We have used this service for several years, twice a year. With a light beige carpet and dogs in the house, we need our rugs to be deep cleaned. Crystal Clean does a great job. I thought they were a little pricey at first, but after checking around, I find they really are not. In my experience, Brian ALWAYS answers my calls and ALWAYS is available the week I call. He can be a little gruff on the phone--to the point, but do not let that put you off. He is a terrific guy. He rewards the customers who continue to use his service with discounts.

The owners & operators, Brian & Greg, did the work themselves.  They were very professional, prompt, and courteous.  They gave me a quoted, directly over the telephone, based on the square footage of my house.   They came in and completed the work based on the price they quoted me over the phone.  They wasted no time, started working, and completed their work in less than two hours.   They thoroughly cleaned and removed all the spots in the carpet.  I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others.

They correctly analyzed the cause of the mold at the edges of the carpet --- a slow-leaking roof.
Thanks to their diagnosis, a timely repair (by another company) will save us many $$$ in the long run.

Wonderful experience. Price quoted was for deep cleaning whereas other carpet cleaners said they had to charge extra for a deep cleaning. I would think that most people would expect a deep rather then surface cleaning. This company came in, did the job and didn't try to charge me more for their service.

I really appreciated that they showed up  ealy for the appointment.  They did a good job.

I was here the entire time. The guy came, he was great. He told me what he was going to do. I told him that I had pets and then he had some kind of deodorizer, which he threw it in extra on top of what I had already paid him to do. He was fairly quick and thorough and left the house looking really nice. I was very happy with him. He was the best carpet cleaner I have ever had in my home. In terms of responsiveness and punctuality, he was here five minutes before. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

Crystal Clean Chemdry's service was excellent.  They arrived a little early (but better early than late). Brian took a tour of the carpeted areas and got started right away, he had a second gentelman there helping. They moved any of the items that I was unable to remove from the space.  Every single stain on my carpet was removed and he even offered to return if any of them were to return.  I was completely satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I spoke with Brian over the phone on August 1. I clearly explained all I needed (4 rooms with one having latex paint spilled on the floor, including high traffic areas and the stairs). He quoted me $200 and was very clear that the latex paint might not all come out, which I assumed anyway. He scheduled my appointment there on the phone for just two days out.

Brian and Greg arrived five minutes early for my 8am appointment. Brian looked through all of the rooms and was honest that the one with paint would look better although the stains wouldn't come out completely. He also said the high traffic areas would clean up really nicely, when before, another company said that the type of carpet we have would prevent the stains from coming out.

When they were finished, the paint room did look much, much better, and all of the high traffic areas were completely clean (and the stains have not reappeared since the carpet has dried). They even threw in the upstairs hallway at no extra charge.

If I'm not fortunate enough to get my hardwood floors in the next six months (sigh), I will definitely and ONLY call Brian and Greg. I will also make sure to have them add on the carpet deodorizing because of the dogs, although even the smell is 99% better since they cleaned!

My only wish is that the carpets dried faster, but that comes with the cleaning!

The guys arrived right on time, got right to work, and did an excellent job in cleaning all the carpets.  They were very professional.  They stuck to their original quote exactly; I had them do one extra area rug that I had failed to mention in the original quote for which they charged $20 more (it was particularly dirty).  With the chemdry process, the carpets were all dry within about 5 hours.  All my carpets look like new again.  I will call them again for future carpet cleaning!

Carpets were badly stained from our 6 pets. Looks so good right now.
