"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us.
