We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left. "Unfortunately, I needed an HVAC company to fix my AC during a heat wave. Most companies were 5+ days out before they could even diagnose our problem. Called 3 highly visible companies, from their marketing, who said they wouldn't even work on our unit. I went with a referral from a neighbor, mistake. This company took a week to get to us then the tech went MIA for 5 days with no contact when he said he would be back tomorrow with parts.
