These were the first ones to contact me. They were able to quote my fencing project very quickly and remotely. They kept me informed of project status the entire time and the installers were professional and competent. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Very good company. Communication is very good. They work well within your budget. Other companies couldn’t work within our budget, but Ergeon did.

I approved a quote for 4100 for a fence to be built. The quote showed the area I needed covered. When the guys came to install, they said they needed 3 days to order the extra materials. I called the manager, Javier. He told me that they forgot to add the measurements in the quote AND the image showing what area will get fencing was wrong. Even admitted it to be their fault. I told him at 9am that if it is going to cost me extra to finish what was already in the quote, I donâ t want it and to cancel it. He said heâ ll see what he can do. While heâ s reaching out to people, the guys are still working. I get a call from Roberto. He explained that I can either continue, which will add an extra 2k. Or I can cancel for $600. Then he emails me and apologies for giving me an incorrect cancellation fee. I used you guys before and it was great. But this is a mess. The workers put up 3 panels in three days. They leave and donâ t tell anybody. Javier is calling them but they take forever to answer. Complete turn off. Disappointed at the professionalism, lack of communication and incompetence with everyone Iâ ve spoken to.

WELL DONE, ERGEON FENCE COMPANY! In the summer of 2022, I hired ERGEON to replace an old wooden fence on my property line. From the very first contact I had with them, ERGEONâ s employees were responsive, professional, and awesome. My new redwood fence is BEAUTIFUL, and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. Thus, I must give a huge shout out to ERGEONâ s Senior Customer Specialist, Kinsley Donaire, who walked with me from the very beginning until it was time to hand me off to Project Manager Jorge Torres. Both of these men made the process so much easier than I was expecting. Finally, the three-man crew, headed by Cesar, did such a great job that my father, an engineer and craftsman with more than 50 years of experience, gave my new fence his own thumbs-up - a true compliment! I would recommend ERGEON fence company to anyone - and I actually did recommend them the day after my fence was completed.

It took awhile to get done but was very pleased with the project being completed.

I personally would not recommend this company. The initial experience was fine, I spoke with a gentleman named Kensley. The process was a different then I was used to. He pulled up a Google image of the house and did a video chat with me to go over the project. I explained to him my needs, aprox 13 feet of fencing was needing replaced. We also wanted a gate installed. The quote sent over included 13 foot of fencing and a 4 foot wide gate (total of 17 feet). I explained there was an additional 4 feet of fencing on the quote and asked if it could be adjusted accordingly. He explained how someone would come out at some point and verify the measurements and the quote could be adjusted then, that he would rather over estimate then under estimate the cost. I then gave him my payment information to keep on file for when the project was completed. I was then handed off to Jorge who would be the project manager for the job. Again, a pleasant enough experience, he initially had me confused with another client, no biggie I get it, sometimes things get hectic. We went over the project, I explained to him that my biggest concern at this point was the extra 4 foot of fence that was on the quote, other then that I was ready for the project to start. He reiterated what Kinsley had said, that they would send the installer out, get measurements, and then send me the adjusted quote. We jump forward to the day the installer comes to get the measurements. He shows up, we walk over to the side of the house to look at the project area. I start to discuss the project to find out that he had no clue what the project was, that he does not look at the paperwork because the paperwork usually does not reflect what the customer needs or wanted. so I again explain the project. 13 feet replaced with a gate, simple. I explain that they quoted me for 17 feet where in reality there is only 13 feet. I quickly help him measure, he verifies the 13 feet of fencing, he sticks 3 flags in the ground to mark the project area and he was gone, about 3-4 minutes in total. Does not write anything down or take any notes and leaves. Not the greatest feeling after he left knowing this would be one of the guys doing the install. The next day I receive an email from Jorge. It starts like this : Hi Ron, I just wanted to let you know that after the pre-installation visit done by the installer, there were no changes to the scope of your project. I call Jorge, frustrated at this point that after repeatedly bringing up the issue on the quote it was still not addressed. I will be honest this is where it started feeling scam to me. Jorge said he would take care of it, he will look at the installers notes, I told him he took no notes. I could hear him pulling up the installers notes and then tells me he will have to talk to him and get back to me. I initially agreed but after a brief discussion with the wife I called Jorge back and we went ahead and canceled the job with Ergeon. I feel this business tries to come off as professionally ran but does not show in execution. I am not saying it was intentional but who is to say how many other people had extra fencing put on there quote that did not catch it. Especially those larger projects that may have 100s of feet of fencing being installed. Unsettling feeling overall from these guys, I would look at other options for installers.

Terribly disappointed in follow through of this company. Made appointment took two weeks to schedule, just needed pics for an estimate. They did not take any pics because no one was home. Inside person knew there were renters, gates were left opened. Because he could not talk to them he left without taking any pics! Straight forward replacement front and back fence. Now another 2 weeks before they can come back! We are in the construction business ourselves, our employees are trained to find solutions for these kind of simple things. This one was a no Brainer! Simply take the pics! I am so disappointed. I will not use this app again

Expected a 1 inch concrete layer with wire mesh, only got a quick spackle job maybe a 1/4 inch thick. At least 3 times more expensive than it should have been. Feel ripped off.

I am 89 years old and was concerned about undertaking a driveway and walkway concrete replacement with paver stones with the covid-19 situation on going. Ergeon's crew and support team demonstrated their professionalism and I was totally confident the job would be completed on time with minimum concern on my part.

The work crew was on time and finished the job early. Their work was top rate. The Crew Cleaned up daily prior to leaving the site,

We evaluated 3 bids for our backyard concrete, drainage pipe replacement, and front driveway. Ergeon's bid was very competitive and the most professional...detailing each portion of the job. Their estimator showed up when promised to walk down the job, and we got the bid within a couple days. Our questions were answered promptly. They assigned a professional, Magdalena in our case, to be our point of contact for any questions regarding scheduling, sequencing...anything. And she checked in with us regularly to ensure our satisfaction with the project. Their onsite guys were courteous, worked diligently, and left things in order at the end of each day. Their foreman, Omar, checked progress regularly and did the final inspection with us at the end. We are pleased with the final work product. And the cost came in less than they estimated because some drain pipe was not needed. Great job!
