We had been referred to this company by a highly satisfied friend!
However, we also chose to have another company give us an estimate and
diagnosis. Interestingly, the second company has not even followed up to
check on our status They were very similar in the replacement cost and needs.
We chose this company mainly because we were dealing with the owner
himself and not just the sales person. We felt he would really know our
needs and would have a more vested interest in the entire job. And that proved to be true.
