"I called Kona Carpet after a disappointing experience with another cleaner who left my carpets so wet they started to smell like mildew. From the moment I called Kona, I knew they genuinely wanted to help fix the issue. The owner even tried to squeeze me in right away, but our schedules didn’t line up. I was moving out of state, and my kids would be staying there, so I wanted the carpets clean and fresh for them. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, used professional equipment, and offered an amazing price. My daughter even FaceTimed me from California to show how great the carpets looked! "I'm very happy with how RugBotic cleaned my Persian rug and managed the whole affair. The rug is a 12x8 hand-knitted silk rug that, ahem, hadn't been cleaned in 40 years. Yes, it's somewhat worn but they treated it carefully and we're able to restore the lovely colours, I especially like the blues. I didn't bother restoring some of the tassels, I like a worn look. They provided an underlayment that will help protect it and actually help he felt of the carpet. Very happy with their work."
