"I called Kona Carpet after a disappointing experience with another cleaner who left my carpets so wet they started to smell like mildew. From the moment I called Kona, I knew they genuinely wanted to help fix the issue. The owner even tried to squeeze me in right away, but our schedules didn’t line up. I was moving out of state, and my kids would be staying there, so I wanted the carpets clean and fresh for them. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, used professional equipment, and offered an amazing price. My daughter even FaceTimed me from California to show how great the carpets looked!
