"From my first communication with Kona Carpet & Tile Cleaning I received excellent customer service. The office staff was very efficient and helpful in scheduling our carpet cleaning and the men who came out to do the job were professional in every way. "I'm very happy with how RugBotic cleaned my Persian rug and managed the whole affair. The rug is a 12x8 hand-knitted silk rug that, ahem, hadn't been cleaned in 40 years. Yes, it's somewhat worn but they treated it carefully and we're able to restore the lovely colours, I especially like the blues. I didn't bother restoring some of the tassels, I like a worn look. They provided an underlayment that will help protect it and actually help he felt of the carpet. Very happy with their work."
