"I called Kona Carpet after a disappointing experience with another cleaner who left my carpets so wet they started to smell like mildew. From the moment I called Kona, I knew they genuinely wanted to help fix the issue. The owner even tried to squeeze me in right away, but our schedules didn’t line up. I was moving out of state, and my kids would be staying there, so I wanted the carpets clean and fresh for them.
