Our expert design associate will consult with you to understand your unique lifestyle and select options to complement your home decor and personal taste. We carefully measure your spaces and give you a down to the penny proposal at the end of your free appointment. And appointments can be made to suit your availability, including evenings and weekends.

Great customer service, great value and the install team with Felipe and Chewey was amazing! The owner stayed on top of the project the entire time with drop ins to check on progress etc. Great company!

Mark was great to work with & made everything easy! ! We were quoted on a nicer, thicker carpet at 1/2 the cost of what another company quoted us. (Mark did not even know what we were quoted.) We also had baseboards (new) from 10 years ago and Mark gave us a deal to install the baseboards along with carpet. Philippe & Cheuy our installation team were timely, efficient and handled everything seamlessly! We highly recommend Mark the owner of Mission Viejo Floors International!

Working with Mark was very pleasant. He helped us choose the right carpet for the entire house. If you are doing your floors, make sure you get a bid from Mark. This is a smaller, home-town business, and they are able to provide the kind of service you just can’t get from the large companies.

This was such an easy process. Mark was so great! He was prompt, friendly and personable. I had the project cost at the time of my consult. The pricing was fair and after when I saw how quickly they finished the project, I felt the fee was more than fair! My project started on time and was completed quickly! Our experience was handled expertly from start to finish. Caren gave us gave us great advice and guidance on selecting our flooring and made sure everything we needed was there. Oscar and Fernando worked hard to repair our stairs, demo the carpet in our bedroom and install our beautiful vinal floors in the bedroom and hall. Mario did an expert job carpeting the stairs. A lot of people worked together to make sure our needs were met. Owner Mark Chapman even stopped by to make sure everything was going well! We are very happy! I gladly recommend Floor Coverings International, Mission Viejo to anyone needing beautiful flooring and a hassle free experience.

Renee and the installers were top notch, courteous and efficient. Renee listened to my needs and didnâ t bring out so many samples that would make the selection process difficult. She had all of the samples with her if I needed them though. The installers were clean and tidy and fast workers.
