"Scott, the owner of Inline tile went well above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction! He and his team of two longtime employees installed 300 ft.² of Porcelanosa 24” x 24” tiles with epoxy grout. His attention to detail in regard to preliminary layout, assuring proper alignment resulted in a perfect tile job with zero lippage, perfect alignment and no epoxy residue on the face of the tiles. I had an issue with my door installer, not having properly supporting the new threshold - Scott came in and backfilled with self leveling compound and resolved this major concern, he also installed two custom fit tiles on the garage side below the threshold, greatly improving the aesthetics as you enter the kitchen and required several hours of grinding and fitting. Furthermore, he made a special visit per my request prior to the job to do a second review of the self leveling compound surface to assure that it was ready for thinset, with no adhesion issues. Scott works alongside his crew, laying the majority of the tile in the critical areas thereby providing the customer with the benefit of his years of hands-on experience. Truly extraordinary and highly recommended."

We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
