Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! He had an issue with his vacuum while doing our upstairs carpet and worked diligently to fix it. You can't always help what happens in life (equipment deciding to act up), but you can help how you react to it and Jose was outstanding. Worked extra hard to fix the issue and ensure our carpets were clean and he kept a pleasant attitude the entire time!
