"My light gray sofa from Ikea is 5 years old and it had it's share of coffee and food stains. I hired Mexi Maids to steam cleaning it at my apartment. The guy did a great job, worked without making a mess and was most gracious. I would hire Mexi Maids again in a heartbeat because my sofa looks brand new! Very satisfied!"

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"A GREAT CARPET REPAIR COMPANY We purchased a new carpet 2 ½ years ago and there were problems right from the start. The carpet kept developing large wrinkles that were an inch or more high. There were probably over 100 of these wrinkles everywhere throughout the house. We are elderly people and we each tripped over these carpet wrinkles and fell several times. After trying unsuccessfully to get the carpet store, whose name starts with the letter ”A” and which is located on Miramar Road just off the I-15, to fix the problem, we decided to hire a carpet repair company. We have a large house with a lot of angular rooms and hallways. All of the San Diego carpet repair companies refused to do the repair, because they considered the job too difficult, because of the size and complexity of the repair. Then we found Jeff at S. D. Carpet Repair. Jeff came out and looked the job over and said he could fix it. A few days later Jeff arrived with his crew and in about 4 hours he had the 3,000+ square feet of carpet repaired and properly re-stretched. The large wrinkles are gone and we no longer have to fear tripping and falling as we walk in our home. In repairing the carpet, it was discovered the original installation by the carpet company did not use the existing carpet anchor strips around the edge of each room, which is how carpet is supposed to be installed. Instead, the carpet company just laid the carpet on the floor and attached the carpet to the carpet pad with staples. The carpet had never been properly stretched and anchored to the floor. Jeff was able to remove the carpet staples, stretch and anchor the carpet. Those dangerous eyesore wrinkles in every room and hallway are gone. We now have a beautiful properly installed carpet thanks to S. D. Carpet Repair. If you have a carpet problem, hire S. D. Carpet Repair, they have the equipment and know how to do a proper repair. They are also a very accommodating company and you will be satisfied with their customer service. We thought the price for their service was very reasonable. Our long and life-threatening ordeal with the new carpet is now over!"

"This was by far the friendliest cleaning crew I have ever dealt with. Very professional and made themselves available last minute so that I could have a professionally cleaned house and home office area. I am going to continue to use them and already made my next appointment. Carlos is a very professional individual, returned my call immediately and he and his crew did an immaculate job! I am so thrilled I found this wonderful cleaning service!!"

"They did a superior job on all parts of the window cleaning. All of my windows are sparkling clean and they were very professional in their work ethic. They were also clean and efficient while performing their job. Another bonus, they pointed out various problems with the windows and screens and I am now having the repairs done. I give them an A+ for overall service. I added additional jobs that included skylights."

"Monster Steam has been my preferred and exclusive carpet cleaning service for ... five or more years. Why? Because they never sit on their laurels. They continue to do a superb job each and every time. Once again, the crew at Monster Steamer did terrific on our carpets. Angel was our lead technician. He and his parter arrived right on time and were ready to get to work. I mentioned the tenant had cats - Angel was prepared with a UV light to search for evidence of cat urine and vomit. He found more than I did with my lower powered UV light. Carpets were treated to help rid of he cat deposits and thoroughly cleaned. So yet again, another outstanding service by Monster Steamer. They keep my business by delivering outstanding service at a very fair price. Clearly, I highly recommend them for you and your carpet cleaning needs. Good Luck!"

"The carpet cleaner was courteous and professional. He spent 4 hours cleaning and even vacuumed my carpet prior to cleaning them. Most services have spent maybe two hours on the same job. He made sure everything got cleaned very thoroughly and the results were great."

"Overall, everything went fine. However, the top panel of our blinds were taken down and they were unable to put it back up. The service's owner told my husband he would come by more than once to repair it and never showed up. We haven't heard from him since."

"well done by the cleaning crew"
