Chuck did an outstanding job on our first furnace inspection. He clearly explained the details of what he was testing/checking for, and made some really helpful recommendations on how I could make our heating more efficient. I couldn't be happier with Chuck and Laplante's service.

Don arrived on time. He carefully explained everything he was doing in ways I could understand and gave me some very useful tips to continue to maintain my furnace. He was very efficient and methodical, really knew what he was doing and took great pride in doing a good job and checking it all very carefully before leaving. He is a very personable, intelligent, honest, friendly and very skilled young man. This company is tops as far as I am concerned and I took several business cards from him to pass to my neighbors and friends as it is rare to find quality and competent service like this these days. I will be contacting only this company in spring when I will have him return to do some outside plumbing work that I need to have done. We even discussed how that might be done before he left.

Rated high, but my disclaimer is that the job was very easy (hookup and existing gas line to a new Range).

Chuck came to fix my thermostat. It turned out to be no simple matter. He put thought, experience, and willingness to go the extra step to solve the problem. I liked his approach. I would definitely hire him again!

Laplante's did the work sooner than other contractors I had checked with. They arrived on time, were pleasant to deal with, stayed focused on the job, took care to keep things clean while they worked and left things tidy afterwards. I have been pleased with the results of the water heater installation.

We hired Laplante to install a boiler/heating system when the original plumber we hired walked off the job without warning. It was a difficult installation, but Chuck came in with a "we'll solve it" attitude... and did just that. We turned around and hired him to repair a second boiler, and continue to hire him to tackle plumbing issues in our apartment building. Laplante Plumbing and Heating is a keeper and they are now our go-to plumbing/HVAC contractor.

This was the best, most efficient, on time as promised service. Everything was completed in one day and so well coordinated with several trades. It all ran like a clock and by the afternoon we had our much needed air conditioner installed and working perfectly. Laplante's Plumbing & Heating has a very informative and personable rapport and follows up with a customer to ensure job satisfaction. All my questions were answered outlining the steps necessary that will be taken to a successful completion. Laplante's Plumbing and Heating exceeded my expectations by providing timely, well executed service and follow-up.

The project was not top notch. They consistently didn't show up on time and the project took much longer than expected. They finally had to have an outside contractor come in to finish the job because their worker was unable to fix the issues caused by his work.
