"We at Laplante's plumbing try to be competitive with our pricing. In this instance we needed to purchase and replace a kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, replaced parts on broken toilets abnd we were there 1/2 a day. The customer wanted us to purchase the materials, we do not install bad quality materials those will only fail in the near future. I am happy they noted we did good quality work as we were called because no one else could do the job right. Sometimes expertise and good quality cost a bit more. Hopefully in the long run they will realize the bit more in cost saved hundreds later in not having to hire multiple plumbers to come in."
"Customer had a oil heating system and multiple issues were going on with it. Unfortunately the tech we sent we later found out was not certified to do the work. He is no longer employed with our company. In an effort to resolve the issue for this company at our expense we hired a licensed contractor to resolve the issue. It was determined that what we originally did was fine, and not an issue but he had missed a few steps. Again, we want our customers to be 100 percent satisfied, and therefore offered to fix the problem at no more additional expense to him."
"We at Laplante's Plumbing are sorry you were not happy with the amount of your invoice. We do our best to keep pricing as competitive as we can with other companies in the area. Your project required a full day of labor and unfortunately it costs more when we are at a residence all day versus a couple of hours. We are glad to know you rate our service high and again we are sorry you were dissatisfied with the pricing. We do the best we can to insure the highest quality of work at a reasonable price and guarantee our work for up to one year."
"I feel it is important to comment on this as customers need to know that we do our very best to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem the first time. However, in this case multiple things can fail on a boiler the expansion tank, a pressure relief valve and rather than at the customers expense replace everything we fix what is the most common first and what is visibly wrong as well. In this case, the customer had multiple things fail and only one item at the time was demonstrating an issue which is what we corrected. We did need to return to correct the second item that had failed. We did not charge you for our return trip, and you paid the materials and we appreciated that. Had the item we replaced the first time failed we would of done the work at N/C to you as we guarantee our work for a year. We are sorry you were dissatisfied with our service but we made every attempt to fix it, return your calls and not charge you."
