"They did a great job once they got to my residence. Unfortunately my appointment fell off of their calendar, but they quickly got me back on the schedule. The carpet technician did a great job and removed longstanding stains that I thought would have to be replaced. Miracle workers!!!"

"The crew removed the old carpeting and baseboards and hauled it all away in one day. All flooring , baseboards and materials were delivered while painting of the areas was being completed. The whole installation job from start to finish was completed in three days.Gregg Rinder (estimater/manager) was extremely helpful in all phases, directing us to the company showroom, assisting in the selection and Quoting a great price for a great job. We will use this company in the future and will reccommend always. Everyone from the tearout/removers to the showroom staff to the installers were experienced and professional."

"I highly recommend this service and will use it again for sure. I hired Palm Construction to build a deck and they built a beautiful, high quality deck and price was very low. I now that because I also contacted several other contractors. Mike and his team were excellent, easy to work with, communicative, honest and friendly. There were some minor issues but Mile resolved everything easily and quickly. As I wrote, this company is highly recommended!"

"Carpet not tucked where it meets wood floor.
Had Pacific Wholesale Carpet come out and fix it when they installed carpet in my mom's house.
Base boards were suppose to be painted with semi-gloss paint that could be wiped down....Not sure what is on base boards but they are very difficult to clean....not semi gloss paint....have to scrub them with brush just to get dust off!
Grout used on Porcelain Tile is not White as ordered.....Wont clean! Also, no grout or caulking where tile and base boards meet!
Every thing looked so nice when it was done. But, after about 6 months I started carpet unraveling where it meets wood and from day one have had extremely difficult time with base boards."
