"I understood a $49 charge would be for the initial call and any services needed would be a CO$T minus the $49... if agreed to have worked done. I did not know? and the service person explained, that the company had a FLAT RATE? for any clogged plumbing?? I DIDN'T really have a choice... the service person was already onsite, the situation needed to be resolved... I proceeded to have the work done. This repair, minus the $49, still CO$T me $236.02.. BIG ONES. I am still angry and confused.. I know my outcome would be different if I KNEW about the FLAT RATE.... be aware !!!"

Joe at Peredo's Custom Landscaping not only responded immediately to my inquiry, he came in $240 less than the second lowest quote and $285 less than the 3rd lowest. He also replied to my texts promptly. When my PM didn't coordinate a time to do the work with the tenants, Joe automatically took it upon himself to connect with the tenants and schedule the work. I'm hard to impress...but Joe impressed me."

"I contacted Alcantar and Sons because of their recent positive reviews. Rodrigo responded quickly, and I listed the many projects/renovations?concrete patio/sidewalk, security gate, and more. He thoroughly went over measurements and discussed my preferences. Alcantar's crew was competent, and their work was of professional quality. They're also a nice bunch of guys. Future outdoor projects with Alcantar and Sons are scheduled for after the rains. I'm proud of the new changes to my house, and my friends and family are impressed too."
