Joe at Peredo's Custom Landscaping not only responded immediately to my inquiry, he came in $240 less than the second lowest quote and $285 less than the 3rd lowest. He also replied to my texts promptly. When my PM didn't coordinate a time to do the work with the tenants, Joe automatically took it upon himself to connect with the tenants and schedule the work. He thoroughly went over measurements and discussed my preferences. Alcantar's crew was competent, and their work was of professional quality. They're also a nice bunch of guys. Future outdoor projects with Alcantar and Sons are scheduled for after the rains. I'm proud of the new changes to my house, and my friends and family are impressed too."
