Jesse came out and took a video of my attic to show me what they were going to do and thermal images of my ceiling to show me the cold spots. In a previous bid from another outfit, they didn’t even look in the attic. Jesse explained in detail what they were going to fix, they type of insulation they were going to use and how much they were going to add to the existing insulation. They completed the job in just over 2 hours, and were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.
