"Jamie fit us in as we have a 21 day escrow. He completed the inspection and was meticulous in his findings . As we are the buyers this is very important. He had the report done in less than 12 hours from the inspection. I highly recommend him."

"Fred was professional and helpful, explaining what he did as he inspected our home. He offered both objective assessment in his report and verbal opinions about risks, when asked. I'd definitely hire him again."

"We hired Shayn at Homeward Inspection for a home inspection while looking for our dream house. He was so great we hired him again the following week for another home inspection on another house we were looking to purchase! Thanks to Shayn's detailed assessment we didnt move forward with a house that would have caused us major issues in the future. He is an excellent home inspector. He is so responsive, so thorough, very professional and has a lot of experience to back up his work. We were restricted on time as we had a short contingency and he moved other appointments to accommodate us. I work in high end custom residential construction so I know whether an inspector is good or not, or if they know ehat they are talkign about - and Shayn is excellent! His reports are very detailed, he will provide solutions to issues he sees, he wants to be very accurate and thorough so he will walk around alone at first without distractions and then will show you potential issues and answer your questions. His reports are issued in a timely manner and are really thorough with detailed descriptions of the issues, the necessary solutions and detailed photos of each issue. I would highly recommend you go with this company for all of your home inspections and for any real estate transaction inspection you need. It will save you tens of thousands of dollars! We have already recommended him to lir friends and will be using him again in the future."

"I didn't realize how horrible my two previous home inspection experiences were until David from PurePoint came over. David was very kind, patient, knowledgeable of the area and home he was inspecting, the history of the city as it related to the types of homes in the area, and very very thorough. My uncle was there to assist me with aiding the inspection process, and after observing David work for a while he joked, "I wouldn't be surprised if this guy pulls out a magnifying glass." David was a sigh of relief from the mediocre-to-sub-par inspection appointments I had previously experienced. He was also clear, direct, and came very prepared. I received the completed report within 24hours. Hire him. Professionals like him deserve to be recognized for respecting value of their work and chosen field."

"Excellent structural analysis regarding impact of wall modifications for a residential remodeling project at our home. Prompt response to request for analysis, very professional and detail oriented, and friendly demeanor. In future I will hire them again for similar projects."

"We asked him to appraise our house. With pictures, the old appraisal measurements, and our descriptions, he was able to do the appraisal without seeing the home. He did the work quickly and efficiently."

"Great work, very helpful energy audit report!"
